FAQs

Can I come in early to set up my class?

Yes, definitely.  We recommend keeping your classes to 45-50 minutes in length so that you don't feel squeezed for time at the start and end of class.

I'm meeting a new client for the first time just to show them around.  Do I need to book a session for that?

No.  If you don't need a specific area of the studio and won't be doing a workout, you do not need to book a session.

I offer a complimentary first session for my clients, do I need to pay for the studio?

Yes.  If you are doing a workout with them or an in-depth assessment, you will need to use a credit for that.  However, if you are just conducting a quick movement screen as part of a meet-and-greet, no need to book it in.

My client wants to come and use the workout space on their own.  Is that possible?

No. The space is only available for group fitness and personal training. The exception to this would be if you booked them into one of the PT areas on their own while you are in the studio (either working with another client or on a break).

I have a break between clients. Do I need to leave the studio if Iā€™m not booked in to a specific area?

No. You are welcome to use a free space to prep for your next class/client or get some other work done. Just be mindful of the other trainers using the space.
